I don’t think that Dr. Earle is quite as liberal as the Monterey Bay Aquarium’s Seafood Watch Sustainable Seafood Guide in her allowances. But if we go by the aquarium’s guidelines, some very tasty and succulent ocean delicacies are still on the table.<br /><br><br />Best Choices are abundant, well-managed and caught or farmed in<br />environmentally friendly ways.
